How we work

Assess. Diagnose.Treat.

Every appointment here starts with the Najjarine Biomechanical Assessment, so treatment is prescribed against a diagnosis rather than a symptom.

01

Assess

A full biomechanical examination of how you stand, walk and load — not just the painful area.

02

Diagnose

We identify the structural or muscular irregularity causing the pain, and explain what we found.

03

Treat

A treatment regime prescribed against that diagnosis, drawing on all ten treatments.
