These Terms & Conditions apply to the “Healthy feet now. Strong bodies for life” Back-to-School campaign delivered by Dr Abbie Clinics 81003535304.
1. Campaign Overview
This promotion provides:
A Kids Foot & Gait Assessment; and
A $50 discount on orthotic casting, when eligible and required.
The offer is valid for the campaign period specified below and applies only to bookings made at participating Dr Abbie Clinics locations. A full list of participating Dr Abbie Clinics locations is available on the clinic’s official website.
2. Eligibility
To qualify for the promotion:
The child must be 17 years of age or under at the time of assessment.
The booking must be made within the campaign period.
The discount applies only to orthotic casting, not to consultations, assessments, reviews, orthotic devices, or any other treatment.
3. Campaign Period
Start date: 6 December 2025
End date: 31 January 2026
All appointments must occur within this period for the offer to apply.
4. Booking Conditions
Bookings are subject to clinician availability.
A standard consultation fee applies for all assessments.
The promotion must be requested at the time of booking and the code BACK26 provided.
One discount per child.
Cannot be combined with any other offer, concession, package, or rebate.
5. Orthotic Casting Discount
The $50 discount applies only if the clinician determines that orthotic casting is clinically appropriate.
The discount applies at the time of casting, not at initial assessment.
The discount cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or applied retrospectively.
6. Clinical Advisory
All assessments are conducted in accordance with clinical standards and performed by qualified practitioners.
Findings and treatment recommendations, including orthotics, exercises, footwear changes, or referrals, are based on clinical judgement.
Participation in the campaign does not guarantee:
A diagnosis
Eligibility for orthotics
Improvement of symptoms
Results vary depending on each child’s condition, compliance, age, and growth stage.
7. Cancellations & No-Shows
Standard clinic cancellation policies apply.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.
Repeated no-shows may impact future bookings.
8. Footwear & Product Purchases
Footwear or products recommended as part of the assessment are optional and billed separately.
No promotional discount applies unless explicitly stated.
9. Exclusions
This promotion does not apply to:
Adults who are 18 years and over
NDIS, DVA, WorkCover, third-party personal injury (CTP), or third-party funded appointments
Review appointments, follow-up sessions, or ongoing treatment plans
Customisation or modifications of existing orthotics
Online consultations
10. Privacy & Data Use
Clinical notes, photographic gait records, assessment data, and booking information are collected and held in accordance with the Dr Abbie Clinics Privacy Policy.
Personal information is used solely for clinical care, booking management, and communication related to this campaign.
11. Limitation of Liability
Dr Abbie Clinics is not liable for:
Delays caused by availability constraints
Issues arising from non-compliance with exercises, footwear advice, or treatment plans
Pre-existing conditions or injuries outside the scope of the assessment
12. Right to Amend or Withdraw
Dr Abbie Clinics may amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time if required, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed within the campaign period.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The parties irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia, and any courts which may hear appeals from those courts, for determining any dispute concerning these Terms and Conditions.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a Kids Foot & Gait Assessment during the campaign period, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.
