Our Company Profile

Dr Abbie Clinics

Dr Abbie Clinics, previously known as AOL Footcare Centres, has been assessing and treating lower limb pain since 1990. What started as a network of practitioner referral centres has grown into a team that’s assessed and treated thousands of patients across Sydney, built around one consistent approach: find out what’s actually causing the pain, not just where it hurts.

Every patient goes through a full biomechanical assessment using our NBA (Najjarine Biomechanical Assessment) technique, designed to identify the structural or muscular irregularities behind lower limb pain and dysfunction so that treatment can be built around the cause rather than the symptom.

We treat patients from all walks of life, including elite athletes managing sport-specific injuries, and we’ve built a particular focus on two groups who are often underserved elsewhere: children, whose growing bodies need a different kind of assessment altogether, and older patients, for whom mobility and pain management matter just as much as any diagnosis. Across every patient we see, our focus stays the same: customised care, built around your specific mechanics, not a generic treatment plan.
