Knee Pain

When the feet roll inwards, a movement known as pronation causes internal rotation of the tibia (lower leg bone). Over time, this can skew the knee joint and place strain on the surrounding muscle structure, contributing to ongoing knee pain.
Our Approach
Rather than treating the knee in isolation, our biomechanical assessment looks at how the foot and lower leg move together, since knee pain frequently originates from what’s happening below the joint, not just within it.
Treatment Options We Offer
- Custom orthotics: designed to help control excess pronation and reduce tibial rotation
- Foot mobilisation and targeted strengthening
- Strapping during flare-ups
